03/04/12: Kim Schalk Trunk Show
We will be welcoming one of our favorite local designers, Kim Schalk to the shop on Sunday March 4th for a special trunk show. She will be debuting her Spring line and we can't wait to see what she has in store. We've gotten a sneak peak of some of the pieces and we are in love this drappy top and versatile skirt. It creates a the ultimate grecian goddess look. Kim will be here with her collection from 1-4p on the 4th. See you there!

09/01: Sip + Shop THIS THURSDAY from 5-7p at Nana.
We are thrilled to unveil a lovely new website where you'll be able to shop our collection online, join in the fun by checking our events page, and see our recent inspirations. Join us the Thursday, September 1st from 5-7 pm as we celebrate it's completion. There will be some refreshments & one lucky shopper will win a $50 gift certificate to Nana!
Daisy is back after a Summer stint in New York. She is helping us celebrate the site at Thursday's SIP + SHOP by bringing a selection of her most recent works just for you. It's a Celebration/Trunk Show now!
02/11: Handmade Valentine Mart
Don’t know what to get your hunny this Valentine’s Day? Well, look no further. We had so much fun at Handmade Holly Mart we wanted to throw a similar event for Valentine’s to make it easy to find unique locally made gifts. Handmade Valentine Mart is a mini bazaar to be held at Nana on February, 11th 2012 from noon-6pm. The mart will feature about 15 local crafters who will be present at the market so customers will get to interact with them and ask questions. There will be everything from hand printed cards to re-purposed vintage jewelry to handmade silver money clips-- something to make your someone special feel amazing.
The one day event, will feature much more than local artists and their goods. There will live performances by local musicians, a kid-friendly valentine craft area, and refreshments so that people can snack while they shop. This will be an event you will want to bring your friends and family to so that everyone can join in on the festivities.
01/18: January 18-26: aliceanna Pop-Up Shop & Meet the Designer Event
Get ready to channel your inner Hitchcock heroine as Nana hosts an exclusive aliceanna Pop-Up Shop, arriving January 18th and running throughJanuary 31, 2012. Don't miss our Meet the Designer event on January 26th at 5:30-7:00 PM. We are so excited to feature this up-and-coming Maryland-based label, which was a natural fit for Nana and is designed for the lady who is “...intelligent & vivacious; she evokes confidence & femininity.” This capsule collection of exquisitely tailored garments in natural fibers features adorable dresses, tops, shorts, and rompers, with retro-inspired ladylike shapes and modern details…just the thing to kick our winter blahs!
